Return / Refund Policy
Returns may be made for two conditions: under warranty or through our 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
Returns made under the 30 day satisfaction guarantee must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. The instrument MUST be returned in the original packaging in the original condition. Refund will be made on the original purchase price of the item only. No shipping and handling will be refunded. Shipping and handling on the return are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping insurance is also the responsibility of the buyer and is required. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount of the refund. The customer will need to return a copy of the receipt with all purchase information.
Returns for warranty conditions must be well packaged to protect the instrument from any shipping damage. The customer will need to return a copy of the receipt with all purchase information.
Returned items which were originally purchased through special promotions or offers will be handled as follows:
If purchase was made under the free shipping promotion and buyer was not charged shipping, the original shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
If cradle or plaque was included at no charge with the purchase of multiple items and a partial return is requested, the full price of the cradle or plaque will be deducted from the refund amount unless it is returned as well.
Moore Clocks reserves the right to refuse any returned item not in the original condition or damaged during shipment . It is required that tracking and insurance be placed on any returned item during shipment.
