Return/Refund Policy

Returns for any reason other than warranted conditions must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.  Such returns must be made in the original packaging in the original condition.  Refund will be made on the original purchase price of the item only.  No shipping and handling will be refunded.  Shipping and handling on the return are the responsibility of the buyer.  A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount of the refund.  

Moore Clocks reserves the right to refuse any returned item damaged during the return shipment or is not in the original condition.  It is suggested that tracking and insurance be placed on any returned item during shipment.
