Warranty Information

Moore Clocks warrants your new clock, weather instrument, or engraved product, with the exception of Hermle brand, against defects in workmanship and material for three years from date of purchase. During this time, should repair be required, so long as the clock has not been damaged or tampered with, it will be repaired or replaced at our option. Hermle products must be returned to Hermle for warranty work or replacement. Contact information and conditions for Hermle will be supplied with the instrument.

Please note that unless otherwise specified, all of the clocks and weather stations offered on this site are for indoor use only and must be handled with care. We will not honor the warranty on any clock that is a victim of improper use or display.
