Warranty Information

Moore Clocks warrants your new clock, weather instrument, or engraved product, with the exception of all other brands other than Moore Clocks exclusive products, against defects in workmanship and material for three years from date of purchase. During this time, should repair be required, so long as the clock has not been damaged or tampered with, it will be repaired or replaced at our option. We offer 30 day returns on all products. Customer are responsible for return shipping cost on their purchase after 30 days.

 Hermle products must be returned to Hermle for warranty work or replacement. Contact information and conditions for Hermle will be supplied with the instrument. Hermle mechanical clocks carry a two year warranty and Quartz models carry a three year warranty. Hermle North America is based in Amherst, VA. Warranty repair and replacements requires the customer to contact Moore Clocks with any warranty issues first. The customer may then call Hermle in Amherst, VA. after we have been notified and given a RA#

 Please note that unless otherwise specified, all of the clocks an weather stations offered on this site are for indoor use only and must be handled with care. We will not honor the warranty on any clock that is a victim of improper use or display.
